The Week’s Meal Plan – Week Four

So, I am getting the hang of this, my grocery bill is much lower and there is less waste. I need to cook in smaller amounts because we still have a lot of leftovers, but they are good to have on those days when life gets in the way of the Meal Plan!
Week 4 Meal Plan
Monday: Spaghetti & Meatballs
Tuesday: Huevos Rancheros
Wednesday: Slow Cooker: Greek Chicken and Vegetable Ragout
Thursday: Cheesy Rice and Beans with tons of veggies
Shabbat: Challah, Gefilte Fish, Chicken Soup, Schnitzel, Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Veggies, Green Salad, Cake PLUS Cold Cut Sandwiches with Coleslaw for Shabbat lunch
