    Thank you for the inspiration. Here is my menu, partly vegetarian:

    1st night:

    Pumpkin soup

    sweet chicken (made in clay pot in oven)
    yellow rice (safron)
    red cabbage with apples and sweet chestnuts in caramel

    homemade plumb compote

    1st day
    minestrone (carots, green celery, porrey, onion & matzo balls)
    vegetables in wok (onion, eggplant, zucchini, yellow & red peppers, sprouts, soy sauce) (works also with chicken or other meat in it)
    rice
    ice cream with hot chocolate fudge

    2nd night
    Burekas (spinach, potatoe, (tuna) (pumkin))
    pumpkin with fresh peppermint (briefly fried in oil),
    fresh potatoes with parsley

    apple puree

    2nd day
    Lentil soup (onions, garlick, black and red lentils, porree, carot, green celery, salt, hot paprika)

    Ravioli made from scratch (with dryed tomatoes or cheese-potato-filling)
    green salad

    (milchig) ice cream with hot raspberry fudge

    Friday evening:
    guacamole, eggplant salad, tahina, chummus

    gulash
    spätzle (or farvel)
    chickpeas with spinach (for the vegetarians)

    fruit salad (melon, mango, berries)

    shabbes noon

    Parve Tschulent (or black bean soup)
    kigel(noodle or zucchini)
    cold cuts (for the non-vegetarians)
    salads

    Ice cream
