Birthday Question

Do you know exactly what time you were born? After conversations with family members today, it seems that not everyone does….so I am just curious if you know your time of birth, your weight at birth and all those stats.

I know all of it. Mostly due to an interest in astrology and asking my mom before she actually started answering questions with “I don’t remember”. I also remember it because of the similarities between my stats and my son’s.

I do know that information. I suspect it is because our family has a tradition of getting a Delft plate for each new baby born into the family with those facts. The plates occupied places of honour in both my grandparents’ and parents’ homes. As a young kids, we loved to look at the many plates and see which cousin was the smallest, biggest, etc.
