And the Good News Starts!!

Over Shavuot the post office tried to deliver a package that I had to sign for. As it was Yomtov I could not sign. I just returned now from the post office. The package was from the Consulate, containing our passports. BH we have our passports back and are not now restricted in travel plans.

I just hope that you are not blacklisted at the border now that your file has been “closed”.
I would consider writting a letter directly to Obama beseeching him on this matter. After all, he has just granted his aunt a stay of deportation even though she’s been in the country illegally for YEARS! and mooching off the system via public housing AND medicaid. Why can’t you, who has followed all the rules and done everything according to law be denied?

  7. congratulations! and how appropriate after a day celebrating joyful prayer (and, um- cheesecake!) :)

Hadassah, I hope this is the beginning of the end. Please keep us posted (echoing fangirlshandbag) on the next step.

I seriously doubt you’re blacklisted at the’ve done *nothing* wrong.
